A Passion for Change,

A Purpose in Empowerment

Holly Grace Duddy is an Empowerment Coach and board certified and licensed Family Nurse Practitioner.

Holly’s passion is in helping people create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. Through her personalized coaching framework and guided workbook, Holly helps clients navigate major life transitions - including career changes, relationship shifts, relocations, and other pivotal moments - with greater clarity and confidence. She also works with people who feel stuck, unfulfilled, or ready to grow beyond their comfort zone, even if they aren't sure what the next step looks like.

By combining her clinical experience as a nurse practitioner with her personal journey of embracing several major life changes in her late 20s and early 30s, Holly offers a holistic, individualized coaching experience that supports both mindset and action.

Holly’s nurse practitioner background includes working as the medical director at a non-profit for addiction treatment. While there, she cared for and treated some of the most vulnerable people in Salt Lake City for four years. Today, she practices per-diem in a primary care setting.

Creativity, Authenticity,

and Adventures of All Kinds

Outside of work, Holly enjoys adventuring in the Wasatch Mountains with her partner and friends. She also loves spending time at home working in her garden, playing with her dog, and making collages. She recently reached her lifetime goal of writing a book and hopes to publish it soon!
